Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring cucumbers, lime, and spices, perfect for a quick snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
