Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
