Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup green food coloring
  • ½ cup purple food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Divide the cheesecake batter into two bowls. Color one with green food coloring and the other with purple food coloring.
  6. Pour alternating spoonfuls of the green and purple batter onto the crust to create a swirl effect.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
