Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Whole30 meal!
