- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
