- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
