Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup to create the crumble topping.
- Spread the crumble mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, coconut cream, lemon juice, agave syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, toss sliced apples with cinnamon.

- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
