Deliciously rich and fudgy gluten-free brownies that can be made in just 25 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
