Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and honey (if using), and stir until just combined.
