Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the turkey mixture into balls and place them on the skillet.
- Smash the balls down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While the burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a small bowl to make the secret sauce.
- Toast the burger buns on the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the turkey patty on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a generous amount of secret sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Feel free to customize toppings according to your preference.
