A delicious and satisfying sandwich featuring turkey and creamy Havarti cheese on a fresh bagel.
Ingredients

- 1 bagel
- 4 oz sliced turkey
- 2 oz Havarti cheese
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the bagel.
- Layer the sliced turkey on the bottom half of the bagel.
- Add the Havarti cheese on top of the turkey.
- Place the lettuce and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with the top half of the bagel and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or pickles.
- For a healthier option, use whole grain bagels.
- This sandwich can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
