Ingredients

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Leafy greens and tomato slices for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with leafy greens and tomato slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
