The Best Mangonada is a delicious and refreshing summer treat made with ripe mangoes, chamoy, and Tajín, perfect for cooling down on hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1/2 cup chamoy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, mango juice, lime juice, and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- In a glass, drizzle some chamoy sauce along the sides.
- Pour half of the mango mixture into the glass.
- Sprinkle a layer of Tajín seasoning over the mango mixture.
- Pour the remaining mango mixture on top.
- Top with more chamoy and Tajín, and garnish with fresh mango slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mangonada!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more Tajín seasoning.
- Use frozen mango chunks for a thicker texture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding sugar or honey if desired.
