  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for rolling.
