Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
- In a serving dish, layer Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies.
- Place a layer of banana slices on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
