Ingredients

  • 2 cups stuffing (your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Kitchen twine for tying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the bones carefully to create a flat piece of meat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the stuffing ingredients together.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the turkey.
  5. Roll the turkey tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. Season the outside of the turkey with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
  8. Roast in the oven for about 2-2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  9. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
