Ingredients

  • Green Beans – 1 pound
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

  • Pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary) – 1 tablespoon each, chopped
  • Mashed Potatoes – 2 pounds
  • Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup
  • Gravy – 2 cups
  • Cranberry Sauce – 1 can
  • Stuffing – 1 box

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the green beans by trimming the ends and blanching them in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the green beans to a baking dish, add butter and fresh herbs, and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. For mashed potatoes, boil peeled potatoes until tender, then mash with heavy cream and season with salt.
  7. Prepare stuffing according to package instructions.
  8. Heat gravy in a saucepan until warm.
  9. Serve cranberry sauce alongside the other dishes.
