Ingredients
- Green Beans – 1 pound
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste

- Mashed Potatoes – 2 pounds
- Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup
- Gravy – 2 cups
- Cranberry Sauce – 1 can
- Stuffing – 1 box
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Prepare the green beans by trimming the ends and blanching them in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
- Add the green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Transfer the green beans to a baking dish, add butter and fresh herbs, and bake for 15 minutes.
- For mashed potatoes, boil peeled potatoes until tender, then mash with heavy cream and season with salt.
- Prepare stuffing according to package instructions.
- Heat gravy in a saucepan until warm.
- Serve cranberry sauce alongside the other dishes.
- Arrange all sides on the table and enjoy your Thanksgiving feast!
