Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Add the eggs and heavy cream, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
