Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed sweetpotatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweetpotatoes and white beans.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
