Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes and chicken.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- Thread the sweet potato and chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the skewers on the grill or a baking sheet if using the oven.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
