Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, applesauce, and sweetener until well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
