Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, applesauce, and sweetener until well combined.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
