Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the peaches and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream.
