Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add melted coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the peach mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the batter over the peaches and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
