Delicious and chewy sugar-free gummy worms that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the added sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar-free gelatin mix
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar-free gelatin mix, apple juice, and lemon juice.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle in the agar-agar powder and continue to stir for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, carefully remove the gummy worms from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Store gummy worms in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to experiment with different flavors of sugar-free gelatin.
- These gummy worms can be made vegan by ensuring the gelatin used is plant-based.
