Description

Delicious and chewy sugar-free gummy worms that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the added sugar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free gelatin mix
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar-free gelatin mix, apple juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle in the agar-agar powder and continue to stir for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, carefully remove the gummy worms from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store gummy worms in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to experiment with different flavors of sugar-free gelatin.
