Description

Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs are a spooky and savory treat perfect for Halloween gatherings. These delicious mushrooms are filled with a flavorful mixture that resembles eyeballs, making them a fun addition to any Halloween spread.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Top each stuffed mushroom with a slice of black olive to resemble an eyeball.
