Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnabon Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic cinnamon roll, featuring a creamy cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth; let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the cream cheese mixture, and top with chopped strawberries and strawberry jam.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
