- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
