Description

A quick and easy recipe to make a delicious Starbucks Pumpkin Cream at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.
  2. Whisk in the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in the maple syrup if using, then gently mix it into the pumpkin mixture.
