A quick and easy recipe to make a delicious Starbucks Pumpkin Cream at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.
- Whisk in the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the maple syrup if using, then gently mix it into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the pumpkin cream over your favorite coffee or espresso.
- Top with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for more servings.
