A delicious copycat recipe for Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam that you can easily make at home.

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
- Once whipped, spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over your favorite coffee or cold brew.
- Garnish with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter foam, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
- This foam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
