Description

A fun and spooky twist on a classic spaghetti and meatballs dish, perfect for Halloween or any festive occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat and add meatballs; simmer until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add black olives to the sauce and meatballs, stirring gently.
  6. Serve meatballs over spaghetti and garnish with additional olives if desired.
