Description

Spiderweb Brownies are a fun and festive treat perfect for Halloween or any spooky occasion. These rich, fudgy brownies are topped with a creamy white chocolate spiderweb design, making them both delicious and visually appealing.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. While the brownies are baking, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Once the brownies are cooled, use a piping bag to create a spiderweb design on top with the melted white chocolate.
  8. Let the design set before cutting into squares and serving.
