- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for spiderweb decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before decorating.
- For the spiderweb, melt the white chocolate chips and use a piping bag to create a web design on top of the brownies.
