- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of cloves
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Chocolate syrup for decoration
- Edible candy spiders for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool completely.
- Once cooled, drizzle chocolate syrup in a spider web pattern on top of the pie.
- Place edible candy spiders on the pie for decoration.
