Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives (for decoration)
  • Paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Slice black olives in half to create the spider body and legs, and place them on top of the filled eggs.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes
