A delicious and hearty casserole combining spicy southern flavors with chicken and spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
