Description

A delicious and hearty casserole combining spicy southern flavors with chicken and spaghetti.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
