- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Squeeze lime juice over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
