- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to make the creamy salad.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken on a plate with the creamy salad on the side.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
