- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce to create the creamy sauce.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the fried chicken on a bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and drizzling with the creamy sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
