- 1 package gluten-free graham crackers
- 2 cups dairy-free whipped topping
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate pudding
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of gluten-free graham crackers.
- Spread half of the dairy-free chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of dairy-free whipped topping on top of the pudding.
- Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the whipped topping.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of whipped topping.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with extra marshmallows if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a dairy-free chocolate ganache instead of pudding.
