Description

S’mores Icebox Cake is a delicious and easy dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a no-bake cake format, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free graham crackers
  • 2 cups dairy-free whipped topping
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of gluten-free graham crackers.
  2. Spread half of the dairy-free chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
  3. Add a layer of dairy-free whipped topping on top of the pudding.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the whipped topping.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of whipped topping.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with extra marshmallows if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a dairy-free chocolate ganache instead of pudding.
  • Make sure to check that all ingredients are gluten-free and dairy-free.
