Description

S’mores Cookie Cups are a delightful summer treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient cookie cup form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, pressing down slightly to create a cup shape.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and immediately press mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie cup.
  10. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
  11. Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Store leftover cookie cups in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • These cookie cups can be frozen for up to a month.
