- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in crushed graham crackers until fully coated.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping.
