Description

A delicious and fun dessert that combines the flavors of s’mores in a creamy cheeseball form, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in crushed graham crackers until fully coated.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
  6. Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping.
