Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into small balls and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top of the patties to melt.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
