Description

Smash Burger Tacos combine the juicy flavors of a classic smash burger with the convenience of a taco, creating a delicious and unique meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into balls.
  3. Place each ball in the skillet and smash down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Flip the patties and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla.
  8. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard on top.
  9. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
