- 8 small flour tortillas

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into balls.
- Place each ball in the skillet and smash down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla.
