- 4 burger buns

- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced

- 1 tbsp pickle relish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions.
- Form each portion into a loose ball without compacting it.
- Place the beef balls on the grill and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- While the burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl to make the secret sauce.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a generous dollop of secret sauce.
