A quick and easy recipe for a delicious lasagna made in a slow cooker using ravioli.
Ingredients

- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- Use gluten-free ravioli for a gluten-free option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
