A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches that replicates the famous Arby’s flavor.

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Toast the sandwich rolls if desired.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the shredded beef on the rolls and topping with cheddar cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or pickles.
- Serve with a side of fries or a salad.
