Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches that replicates the famous Arby’s flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast.
  3. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  7. Toast the sandwich rolls if desired.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the shredded beef on the rolls and topping with cheddar cheese.
