Description

A fun and festive cheese ball appetizer shaped like a skellington, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Black olives for decoration
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and shape the ball into a skellington form.
  5. Use black olives to create eyes and a mouth on the skellington.
  6. Serve with crackers.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
