Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can white frosting
- Black food coloring
- Mini chocolate chips
- Gummy worms (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Use black food coloring to create skeleton designs on the frosting.
- Decorate with mini chocolate chips for eyes and gummy worms for added spookiness.
