A delicious and easy-to-make Shrimp Caesar Pasta Salad that combines the flavors of a classic Caesar salad with pasta and shrimp, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Top with croutons and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or cucumbers for extra crunch.
  • This salad can be made ahead of time; just add croutons before serving to keep them crunchy.
  • For a lighter version, use a low-fat Caesar dressing.
