Description

Savory Puff Pastry Pockets filled with a delicious mixture of feta cheese, crispy bacon, and creamy cream cheese, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped bacon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
