Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
